The Advanced Leadership and Pastoral School at Christ For The Nations Institute provides a safe place to learn, a laboratory to develop and boot camp to become disciplined. We train men and women of God to be servant-leaders to fulfill the Great Commission. |
ALPS exists to educate men and women as leaders committed to excellence within spiritual principles through academic study and supervised practice.
Our vision is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, motivating them to become servant-leaders.
A student's journey at ALPS begins with an emphasis on relationships and team building. Students will:
- Experience how to live a life of servant-leadership.
As part of our program, students will experience mentoring relationships and internships through which they will discover and develop their God-given gifts and talents. They will have the opportunity to put these into practice in the classroom.
- Get involved in small groups.
Students will gain experience by leading and ministering to the body of Christ in a church setting through this ministry. They will also learn the power of diversity as they team up with people from different cultures and backgrounds. The small group ministry promotes team building, leadership, servanthood and character development.

| Students will focus on the key areas of personal development for spiritual maturity through the oversight of a seasoned, mature leader. |
We must be found faithful in the little things in order to become master over much. Jesus did not come to be served but to serve (Mark 10:45). Students will apply the principlde of stewardship in their assignments and relationships as they learn to serve others. |
Students will learn to lead by facilitation through the use of structured curriculum and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. Teambuilding is taught through church field assignments. |
